What is a hedge fund and why do hedge fund managers get to make billions of dollars and are given special reduced tax rates and little to no rules or regulations on their income? In your life, do hedge funds or hedge fund managers have an important and/or crucial role? I would just like to know what it is that they do.. Do the work? If so, what is it? Are they important contributers in terms of productive work? I kinda don’t think so.
